EXHIBIT BOOTH OPTIONS

Non-Profit Booth     $1,500           Standard Booth       $2,500           Premium Booth       $3,500

Booth Packages include:

• (2) complimentary exhibitor delegates
• (1) skirted 6’ table and (2) chairs
• 8’ x 10 exhibit space with 8’h navy back drape and 3’h navy side drape
• (1) ID sign with company name
• (1) wastebasket
• Email & website marketing
• Additional delegate registrations at $500 fixed rate

Exhibit booths are located in the same room as the daily breakfasts, breaks and poster sessions.  Scientific sessions are located in adjacent ballrooms to the exhibits.

Booth Reservations & Cancellations

Booths are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved by May 15 to be included in the program listing, however, booths usually sell out well before then.  Booth fees are due in full at the time of reservation.  A $500 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made prior to March 1, 2016.  After March 1, there are no refunds for cancellations.
