POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The Abstract Committee selects papers to be presented as posters during the Poster Sessions. Please note that authors whose abstracts are selected for poster presentation are also eligible to participate in the Data Blitz session if selected.
POSTER GROUPS
At NeuroTrauma 2019, the poster presentations will be split into two groups.
Group A will present their posters on Monday and Group B will present their posters on Tuesday.

POSTER BOARD DIMENSIONS
NeuroTrauma 2019 poster presentations/boards will be located in the King's Garden Ballroom at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown hotel. A sign will identify each poster board with the assigned poster number and the presenter’s name. All posters will be displayed on traditional poster boards. Each double-sided board will display a total of 4 posters. All posters must be created in PowerPoint, with a maximum width of 48” and a maximum height of 48″
Presenters are required to stand by their poster during their allocated Poster Mixer Session(s) to answer questions from symposium delegates. Please note that Poster Presenters will not be asked to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation.

ALL POSTER PRESENTERS - PREPARING YOUR POSTER Please watch this helpful video BEFORE making your poster: While you are not required to use this template, we strongly recommend taking these suggestions into consideration when preparing your poster to ensure the maximum exposure and interest during the sessions. We will be using traditional poster board displays. Each double-sided board is 48" high x 96" wide. Push pins will be provided. |

TRAINEE POSTER COMPETITION FINALISTS ONLY Abstracts selected as top finalists in the Trainee Competition will be displayed in a featured location in the Poster/Exhibit area.

JOURNAL PUBLICATION
All accepted abstracts will be published electronically in the Journal of Neurotrauma issue immediately prior to the conference.

The closest FedEx Office location to the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh hotel is at the Convention Center,, located at 960 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Their hours are: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm. They are closed on Sunday.
